The Iomic Sticky Mid Grips are designed for golfers who prefer a midsize profile with enhanced comfort, reduced grip pressure, and excellent traction. Sitting between standard (2.3) and jumbo sizes, the Sticky Mid provides a slightly larger diameter to promote a more relaxed grip and improved swing consistency.

This is a new grip size in our popular Sticky Series.
The Sticky Mid fits in between the Sticky Jumbo and Sticky 2.3. Its eco-friendly design consists of two layers of materials: a firmer, inner core made from recycled IOMIC grips, and a softer surface layer of new IOMAX material.

Constructed using advanced IOMAX elastomer material, these grips deliver a high-tack surface, long-lasting durability, and reliable all-weather performance. The signature shallow tread pattern increases surface contact while helping to reduce torque, giving golfers better control and tighter shot dispersion.

A key feature of the Sticky Mid is its eco-friendly dual-layer construction, combining a firmer recycled inner core with a soft outer elastomer layer. This design enhances feel while maintaining structural stability and performance over time.

The midsize profile is ideal for golfers with larger hands or those looking to minimise hand action, reduce tension, and improve consistency throughout the swing. The grip is also water-resistant, ensuring dependable traction in wet or humid conditions.
