Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) once you notify us
  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods, as required by UK law
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method
  • Standard delivery costs will be refunded (where applicable), but premium delivery upgrades are non-refundable

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

  • Contact us within 30 days for a full refund if the item is faulty
  • After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement
  • We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges
  • Please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
